Hi James, Yes, both server and client side of MASAR are using Python/C API. One major reason is because the uncertainty of whole pvData project. I did not find an automatic code generating tool to track the API updating, which means I have to do it for each module separately. However, our user is expecting it soon, and of course they need a stable version. There are some other reasons for example, I have to build all modules against boost library for std::tr, but not the major.
