[Ebxmlrr-tech] howto create first CPPs and CPA

Hi all,
I'm beginner in ebXml.
For enabling two parties to do Business, I have to publish CPPs and CPA on 
repository/registry server.
Reading the instructions to the URL:
http://ebxmlrr.sourceforge.net/2.1/tutorial/tutorial-publish.html, they 
have come to me of the doubts. 

According to Collaboration-Protocol Profile and Agreement Specification 
Version 1.0, it's difficult for me to map attributes of xml elements to 
attributes of objects as described in instructions.

Can anyone clear this to me?
Is it necessary to implement CPPs and CPA as xml file, If I use this ebXml 
registry/repository software?
