#52 align sets of objects

Say you have a horizontal row of 5 buttons. Now, it
would be nice to select them all (using the mouse) and
align them to (1) the top (2) the center or (3) the bottom.

Of course, this feature would allow you to do the
equivalent for vertical arrangements.

Programs such as Inkscape have this feature.
