#522 Deleted items reappear

DVDStyler 2.1 under Ubuntu Linux

There seems to be a max counter that gets copied back into current in several places.

1. I deleted the last menu. When dragging a new title into the dvd, that menu reappears.

2. I have multiple subtitles on titles, first because I was trying .src, .sub and .ass versions, then because all dragged subtitles were going to the last title. I delete them one at a time. at some point (when I add a new one?) all the deleted subtitle files reappear.
