Dear folks who are official developers:

You all now have the power (the POWER) to make releases.

Here's the deal:

   You all have permission to:
Release your own plugins
Update your own plugins.

    I will still be the only person who releases
subsequent versions of the DrPython Core.

  Make sure when you release:
  
  Your release has a numbered version of some kind that
  can be incremented, and you fill out the notes/changelog section for each release.
