As a user of windows and linux - and a fan of all thing python! - drpython is a trusty friend who points out my syntax errors and helps me fix messed-up line endings, without taking over my way of working completely (like e.g. devStudio and to some extent Eclipse are prone to do).

I have been using DrPyhton for ages now and still love it. I have to use Eclipse at work and still prefere this. Although I am a little disappointed that there have been no new versions for a very long time! There are stil quite some features to add, e.g. Project Management (I hate having to reopen 12 files everytime). Also, when DrPython is already running, I can't open another file (e.g. in Windows Explorer) in the same instance, it opens a new DrPython instance! But apart from that, still love it!
