Well either it is a bug in Eclipse (I do not think so), a bug in the 
SWTBot Framework or:

I just looked at the trace log. This is the first test case, maybe the 
"Test PC" is still under load and so Eclipse is not able to refresh the 
contents of the General Tree item in time.

I would need a deeper look in how the SWTBot is performing such checks.
