Should not depend on the tool, I use Camtasia + Vdub with XVid codec to produce my videos. (Please no comercial codecs) That videos can be uploaded to our saros server, where the devlopers could fetch them. Either via SCTP or we put add them to the Apache Server with an .htaccess file which ensures that only we have access to that videos.
