That's an idea, thanks.  It's actually more on a page by page basis as
I migrate the information.  Some pages I can simply copy and paste the
text because there's little structure but there are occasional pages
where being able to migrate headings, lists, etc. would save some
time.

I can simply use the browser's 'view source' to get the HTML from Twiki
and then use the utility you suggest.
