Category: XSL Group: output: manpages Status: Open Resolution: None >Priority: 3 Submitted By: Michael Smith (xmldoc) Assigned to: Michael Smith (xmldoc) Summary: man: add support for "local" string substitution map(s) Initial Comment: OK, so a while back I rewrote all the string substitution logic in the manpages stylesheet to rely in part on a hack^H^H^H^Hmechanism I wrote that exposes a "string substitution map" as a stylesheet parameter that users can modify. But actually it is probably safest for users not to monkey around with the contents of that unless they really know what they are doing, because muffing that up with cause all manner of chaos to ensue. So, much better to make some empty-by-default man.string.subst.map.local.pre and man.string.subst.map.local.post hooks that get called before the stock man.string.subst.map. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Michael Smith (xmldoc) Date: 2006-04-13 20:31 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=118135 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=373750&aid=1456738&group_id=21935 |
