When creating a new item in the issue tracker, a link is shown labeled "Five steps for finding answers to DocBook questions". When clicking on this link, I get a "404 - Page not found" error.

Something must have gone wrong. I can't see the link at all anymore.

BTW: It would be great if the link were available from the "Support" page.
Currently, to find this link, one needs to log in to SF and "add new bug"
just to see this link. Honestly, I was not yet able to read this (hopefully
helpful) page.
