Summary: xsl:sort with lang="$language" fails

Initial Comment:
glossary.xsl uses "<xsl:sort lang="$language"...", this must be "<xsl:sort lang="{$language}"..." else the XSLT processor fails when reading the file.

After changing this, some variable declarations for "language" must be added.
