I'm using the script for creating a WinHelper.app for my Intel Mac, and using the sources of WineHQ (0.9.17) which is allegedly able to run several DirectX and OpenGL apps. If there would be really no difference between Darwine and WineHQ it should work somehow. The decisive point is whether I've got a configuration problem or it simply does not work and I've got to install Linux to get what WineHQ promises. Then this should be also told to the public before they are downloading what they don't want. BTW, perhaps this program (400KB): http://lbsneu.schule-bw.de/service/foerderprog/ccteam/projekte/download/opengl.zip may be a good test whether OpenGL.apps might work in principle. |
