Hi Jordan- You can do zooming directly with a UIImageView if you get familiar with CGRect and UIView animations. It requires very little code and only one object. This tutorial will get you started with working code, and then you can adjust the size and center for your CGRects to zoom in where you want: http://www.raywenderlich.com/2454/how-to-use-uiview-animation-tutorial Thanks, Ontario Britton (801) 319-5477 On May 16, 2011, at 3:46 AM, Jordan Brown <jor...@gm...> wrote: > if someone could do the code for 1 part that would be really helpful and ill know how to do the rest > On 16/05/2011, at 5:34 PM, Giovanni Tarducci wrote: > >> Not so easy to explain you further without posting the entire code, please show us what you tried so far and we'll seek for the bug! >> >> Best Regards >> >> Giova >> >> >> Il giorno 16/mag/2011, alle ore 09:06, Jordan Brown <jor...@gm...> ha scritto: >> >>> thanks but i tryed but i couldnt work out how to do that. is there a simpler way, maybe more specific and detailed. im kind of new >>> On 16/05/2011, at 3:53 PM, Joerg Simon wrote: >>> >>>> Hi Jordan, >>>> Use a UIScrollView a view. Set scrolling enabled to no. Then use your image view as the content view of the uiscrollview (look up the doku how to do that, should be easy). Then place buttons above the parts you want to zoom (place them on the content view, not the scroll view, since the buttons should be zoomed too). If you detect a click use a programmatical version of the scrollviews zoomToRect to zoom to the picture. >>>> >>>> Cheers, Jörg >>>> >>>> Von meinem iPhone gesendet >>>> >>>> Am 16.05.2011 um 07:39 schrieb Jordan Brown <jor...@gm...>: >>>> >>>>> >>>>> I'm making an iPad app that uses a circuit diagram as a background.
