[CinePaint] Handling splines

Hi,

I just downloaded & installed a .deb
of CinePaint 0.25 someone compiled, and
it basically works. One question, though:

a) What's the basic difference between
the bezier tool & splines

b) How do I edit splines? When I switch
to the 'edit' tool, the splines disappear.
How do I remove/add nodes?

c) How do I convert splines to a selection?

Besides that, I'm amazed by the quality of
the results (so far, changing eye color & lip
gloss).
