Hi Jon, sometimes we need know who had uploaded file, when user had deleted file. So, we have to save file metadata. I have written some code for the above requirement. When admins or users delete file, the metadata of file is kept in database. I commits some files as follow: 1. ccextras/update_v_5_virtual_delete.inc adding a new field of cc_tbl_files, which is 'file_virtual_delete.' adding a new field of cc_tbl_uploads, which is 'upload_virtual_delete.' 2. ccextras/cc-virtual-delete.inc global setup for virtual deletion 3. ccextras/cc-virtual-delete.php global setup for virtual deletion 4. patch cclib/cc-uploadapi.php if $CC_GLOBALS['virtual_delete'] then virtual deletion 5. patch cclib/cc-upload-table.php don't display file by virtual deleted. 6. patch cclib/cc-admin.php when admins disable the function that "virtual deletion", all file by virtual deleted will delete. What do you think? Thanks. Snic |
