You can clear the main one by deleting all the files in 'cclib/phptal/phptal_cache: rm -Rf cclib/phptal/phptal_cache/*.php And, you need to clear your local cache in your customized directory: rm -Rf CUSTOM_INSTALL/temp/*.php That should fix the issue...
