Bugs:
2200265  	 deleting menu groups succeeds but partially breaks site  	
2186607 	export and import settings breaks site, v5.00

Have been addressed, hopefully fixed with the latest SVN checkin. If
nothing else rolls in the next few days I'll post a 5.0.1 zip to
source forge.
