Thanks, you saved me a ton of work.
After disabling bombre the hang went away.


So it might be a hint, to disable bombre or use the light bombre from
my site, if ASSP is going unresponsive. There are more and more
complex regex lists in circulation which i cannot control.
If it comes to complex regular expression : never add more than one of
these at a time to a production system, wait an hour and add the next
one.
