Okay thanks. I'll try both. I found different Modules: Server 1 threads 1.85 threads::shared 1.4 Server 2 threads 1.82 threads::shared 1.36 I copied the assp directory from Server 1 to Server 2. I Installed the same perl binaries (This is perl 5, version 12, subversion 4 (v5.12.4) built for MSWin32-x64-multi-thread), ran the mod_install and the tool to install the win service. Can't remember a module update .. mhh Regards, Marco -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- Von: Thomas Eckardt [mailto:Tho...@th...] Gesendet: Montag, 28. Don't use DBD::mysql versions 4.015 to 4.018 with assp 2.1.x . At least - if this is a production system, I recommend to use the 32 bit Perl (>>> C:\Perl64\bin\perl.exe ???) if you get unexpected perl crashes. November 2011 13:43 An: ass...@li... Betreff: [Assp-test] assp 2.1.2 stops working properly Hello, I've got running two mostly identical assp 2.1.2(11311) on windows / active perl. Server 1: Only sending Testmails every 5 Minutes, difference database connection mysql Server 2: Active server handling all our mails, Sending Testmails every 5 Minutes, difference: database on filesystem No 1) stops working without special work. 2) is running just fine. The perl script is still running after this crash but there is no logfile output and no possibility to connect via smtp ports. No strange entries in Windows Logs. Windows would not restart the service because the script itself is running. I don't know how to fix it. Any idea how to manage this?
