[Assp-user] Too Many Recipients

We are using internet - ASSP - EXCHANGE - ASSP - INTERNET

 

It exchange has  been blocked from sending email to ASSP(outgoing) and the
error i can see from exchnage is  "452 Too Many Recipients"  Why am i
getting this message..when i have allowed exchange to relay thru ASSP.   We
have done a mail merge to cause this..is their a setting to fix this?
