I've been reporting this off and on for a while now under a different
subject as well "New text added to the bodies of emails
thatwereccspam'd".  I'm running Exchange 2003 also, but it is not the
recipient server.  The recipient server is a SurfControl SMTP server
running on Windows 2000.  Going back to 1.3.5 (14.30) got rid of it for
me.
