This however does not include RE lists that are used to block mail early=20 during the transaction. For example: Functions that block early are=20 the Penalty Box (PB) and the Validate Sender test. These tests block=20 mail during the initial connection phases (IP address, HELO, etc), so=20 they block prior to the message body content. These tests are=20 considered "early" tests.
