#652 Patch for bug #5434: [Stendhal] Tad does not answer

Hi,

I tried to fix bug #5434 ("[Stendhal] Tad does not answer"). Patch attached.

As I said on the bug, there are other NPCs in this situation.
If you think the fix is OK, I could try to do it for all NPCs.

Thank you, I have applied your patch to CVS.

It may be a good idea, to add the addWaitMessage call at a more central place, so that quest writers don't have to remember calling it manually.
