#634 Player Corpse - No Blood Setting

This patch creates an distinct sprite for player corpses when the blood and corpses setting is turned off. This makes it easier to identify where players have died and find one's corpse. The included patch does not include the binary PNG image. That is supplied separately and needs to be placed in the /data/sprites/corpse directory. If I figure out how to include binary files in the patch I will upload another later.

    Hello, thanks for the patch!

    The way you created it was correct as far as I can see, the png files can't be included in a patch as far as I know :)

    Before we can work with it/implement it we need more information about the image, layers and the source of the sprite. Please provide these, thank you :)

    I would add that that since it's an image that would be shown on the ground, it would be preferable to have it from the same view angle as the map graphics (45 deg from above). (Though it's ok if the image is not perfect at first try. It's definitely better that we have at the moment).

    Okay, the original image was placed in the public domain on openclipart.org: http://openclipart.org/detail/171351/rip-by-cyberscooty-171351

    I have modified it myself. I understand that some countries don't legally accept the public domain. If this is a problem, I don't mind re-doing the image from scratch.

    Any other information you need?

    The text on the tombstone is modified Liberation Serif, which is GPL.

    Also, the newer image is almost completely redrawn and should bare very few, if any, resemblances to the picture I used as a template.
