#33 Tutorial on Website

Here is a new menu page. It has the tutorial link
deleted. Please replace the coresponding file in the CVS.

Please delete the directory website\docs\tutorial

The tutorial is already on the wiki which is the
appropriate place for it. Deleting it from the website will
help to limit our documentation to one source.

P.S. I also deleted the menu item for the wiki. We
allready have this same link on the documentation page.
We don't need two links to the same page.

I want the tutorial on the webpage to make it visible.
IMHO it is the best way of getting people to know about how
to create arianne games.
