#172 Golden Crown for Heroes and Rebirth!

Everyone who reach level 99 earns a Golden Crown and
then he gets to zero level again!
So if you reach two times on lvl 99 you earn two Gold
Crowns!
Golden Crown(s) is showed on HOL and in Player Stats.
Even a normal player can see his Golden Crown(s)
with "look"

And maybe a Golden Crown owner can change everytime he/she
wants to his old 99lvl status whenever he/she wants and
backwards

Golden crown is not an item you equip but the sign of
noble title of a hero. Perhaps he earns also a golden
cloak. the second time a player reaches 99th level gets a
second crown rank and he earns a platinum shield as kymara
suggested. Third time? The third and last time earns the
last one golden crown rank and The Rod of GM(?!) and
teleporting powers! But getting 99th level is not enough
to earn a golden crown. A player must complete all quests
before every golden crown.

One more last(?) addition could be the priviledge of
entering champions club, a pretype kind of guild. Only
golden crowners and highlevel admins can enter this club.
Low level GMs and the other players cannot enter! Inside
that club you can gamble some games like for example poker
(!?), you can buy potions cheap(Dr FeelGood sells greater
potions for 400 coins but here you buy greater potions for
370 only), beers are free to drink as long as you stay
inside the club, and many other cool things wich you can
only do if you are member of this club. A door keeper NPC
allows entrance only to golden crown winners and to
highlevel admins(GMs). What else to ask for? Now about if
you keep some stuff after you reset to zero lvl? Maybe the
1% of what you have?

Right now lvl 99 is a stupid limitation.
In fact I didn't expected anyone to reach ever lvl 60 :)
We would handle this on 1.00, anyway... I like the idea about the club: guilds.
