#60 move or remove chess set

we should move the chess set or remove it entirely. noone is using it to play chess. maybe we could make the pieces safe for newbies (i.e. low level) and put them to rare (so they dont come in quest) and put them somewhere where anyone can access them. it just use pieces and have some other game idea like draughts. but noone is using the chess set so its a waste of space
