I submitted this one to the chat, but I think to following purposes I post it here once more.
Sadly I don't remember what I did before starting client (maybe I updated Java or sth.), but I started my client to play and got the following:

It only happen once... I set up my windows again since then, but I think it do not care this.
I used updated and downloaded client 1.13 (downloaded as 1.12 and updated during the new release a few days ago).
I guess it was just an error triggered by me, because I was backing up my data and updating this and that to install windows again.

    This might be a result of some incompatible changes in webstart by Oracle. Stendhal 1.14 will have some changes that are supposed to make webstart work reliable again on Oracle Java.
