#11 Updates for Boost Filesystem 1.46.1

Boost Filesystem 1.46.1 has deprecated some functions that Aqsis uses. See here for descriptions: http://live.boost.org/doc/libs/1_46_1/libs/filesystem/v3/doc/deprecated.html

The attached patch changes (mostly) path::file_string(), to path::string().

This is required for anyone using current MacPorts to fetch Boost.
