I would like to add default merge-mappings to andromdapp:generate, let's
say a default mapping in the andromda-plugin namespace so that all
existing merge points would at least be replaced by whitespace so they
don't show

that's also a way of keeping track of merge point: just by looking at =
the
merge-mappings file we know what merge points exist

alternatively we can just map the license header or something, and leave
the rest up to the users (they would see the merge-points in the code,
perhaps some people prefer that ?)

[CB] I think one for the license header sounds good....go for it.
