I can't find it either. There is a page here: https://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/amos/index.php?title=ABBA but nothing about download. I can't find it in the AMOS source either. You need to contact the authors of the paper directly to ask them for the code they used in the published work. They have a scientific responsibility to allow their results to be reproduced.
