National Training and Education Resource. Full featured online Learning Management System. NTER allows educators to create classes in SCORM format without programming. Classes can contain images, video, tests and reports. Students can interact with instructors and other students. The NTER project was designed as a low cost tool for providing workforce education and training, with the expectation that the open source community would assume its operation. The Department of Energy (DOE) is exploring the transition of stewardship of NTER through its Request for Information (RFI). This project objective is realizing the design, development and implementation of a web application which works as a university planner.
