Our computer monitoring software allows employees, field contractors, and freelancers to manually clock in when they begin working on an assignment. The application will take screenshots randomly or at set intervals, which allows employers to observe the work process. The application only tracks activity when the employee is clocked in. No spying, only transparency.

I agree with lproven. Why download a text document? Just put it on the website, so people can copy and past it. (or is it all about clicks?) I use Ubuntuzilla: Mozilla Software Installer for Firefox ESR, Seamonkey, and Thunderbird. This also puts the repository in your system and keeps the programs updated.

Ubuntuzilla is a very helpful tool, but the site contents are not. There is no point saying "read the website, [blah at sourceforge] for instructions on using the repository" -- this *IS* the website, it's pointing to itself. Rather than pointing elsewhere, PUT THE INSTRUCTIONS HERE.Reply from Ubuntuzilla: Mozilla Software Installer

Ubuntu ditched Seamonkey from the Software center. Here's an easy way to get it back. Much better than downloading the binary package. Ubuntuzilla takes care desktop integration and updates. Thanks a lot!
