Hi Xavier, if I remeber right, there are two different modes to use the optimization module: One is to get a better setup for a specific track, the other to get a default setup. The second has to race all tracks with the same setup before it tries to change parameters. Getting the bad handles means, that the robot or the optimization does not find the file(s) it expected. If it does not get the setup file for a track it uses the default setup. May be this is the reason why it switches the tracks...
Hi All! There is another topic: A driver/robot should know what other cars/opponents are racing and the ranking at start. As Example: Forza At start the transmission ratio is defining a lot how fast the car can start. Being the first you should be able to start fast, otherwise you are overtaken very soon. While race a longer transmission ratio is much better. As long as you do not know about the list of cars and your position at start, you cannot decide about such things. For learning robots or teams...
Warning: The optimization always works with the files in the User-Folders! A simplix...
Did commit my fix for the two Tickets #948 and #949 The new parameter "stop buildings"...
Hi All I did a test to fix that issue: We need to define pitBuildingsStart and pitBuildingsEnd...
Hi All This (TR_PITBUILDING) is not the reason, see Track.cpp eg. / Right barrier...
Hi All On most tracks the definition of the pit entry and pit exit does not match...
Hi Kristóf, OK, I understand your reason. What I do not like is that we now have...
