    Lee, your video files should already have the correct extensions for the episodes. I highly recommend you look at the Wiki for Media Companion, specifically the step by step setup for tv series and episodes, or the Movie step by step. this will explain everything.

    if you are talking about the blue? against one of your TV series then that means that TV series has not been verified you need to select it then confirm that the data scraped is the right TV series and then on the top right corner of media companion TV TAB click the verified button

    So IMDb stopped working about two weeks ago because... IMDB scraping is currently non‑functional due to the enforcement a web application firewall on imdb.com I am trying a few work arounds, even updating MediaCompanion to dot net 4.8, so see if I can get IMDb data back again. It is taking some time to get all the issue under control from the dot net upgrade.

    The colon character is a system character and can not be used in file or folder names. As for not scraping any metadata, only other reason could be firewall or antivirus.

The red X indicates you have not set to download collection images. The right list shows the movies that belong to the selected collection, showing which movies you have, and which ones are missing.
