crash on launch
The crash report says, that LibreCAD was built for MacOS 11, so it probably can't run on 10.13.6. I'm not a Mac user and can't estimate or test whats possible with LibreCAD on 10.13.6. From what I have found, 10.13.6 is end of live, was released 07/2018 and had its last security update in 11/2020. The situation seems similar to Windows XP. It's support ended long ago, but there are still users who have XP systems running. Meanwhile, the latest LibreCAD builds don't run on XP too. This is not only...
I can't change the precision in the drawing
What you have changed in the Units tab is the precision of the coordinates in the bottom left corner. Switch to the after next tab Dimensions, where you can change the dimensions precision. Ref.: https://librecad.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ref/draw-prefs.html?highlight=dimensions#dimensions
Array of blocks do not mirror correctly
With some more information this might have been a valid ticket. Anyhow, it looks like a duplicate of https://github.com/LibreCAD/LibreCAD/issues/823. If not, add a detailed description, steps to reproduce or sample file and version information from Help->About. If you have a GitHub account, please report there, it is preferred.
This ticket is about version 2.1.3, there were several issues with crashes solved in latest version. As you haven't provided any version info, I can't say if using the latest version 2.2.0-rc3 solve your issue. rc3 means release candidate and it is more stable than 2.1.3.
Many thanks for persisting on this issue. Even your second example worked for me in all situations. I tried to select lines in all possible orders, but always got a result with you samples. With my first tries I also created own samples, but can't reproduce your issue. Now I tried harder and I could randomly create the issue. What I found out is, that this is a floating point precision issue. The relevant code is prepared to detect parallel lines and handle this special case correct. When the issue...
Tangential 3 Circles fails for 3 lines
Tangential 3 Circles fails for 3 lines
Tangential 3 Circles works for me with your sample file, in latest build. So this seems to be fixed meanwhile. I recommend to update to latest master which is here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/librecad/files/Windows/NightlyBuilds/master/ This version is in release candidate state and as stable as 2.1.3 or even better, with lots of improvements. Anyhow many thanks for reporting and the sample file.
vertical dimension centimeter instead of regular millimeter in horizontal !!!
vertical dimension centimeter instead of regular millimeter in horizontal !!!
This was a known bug and is fixed in latest release candidate, but sadly not in 2.1.3. see: https://github.com/LibreCAD/LibreCAD/issues/725 https://github.com/LibreCAD/LibreCAD/issues/844 You can fix this in Current Drawing Preferences -> Dimensions tab in 2.1.3.

I close the ticket, we track this issue already on GitHub.
Wrong rendering of Cyrillic texts
Great to hear that. Many thanks for reporting and confirming the workaround.
We recently found out, that upper case letters in the font file name makes the font unusable. So first should be to rename converted font files to lower case only. There is also a very informative issue on GitHub about LFF fonts: https://github.com/LibreCAD/LibreCAD/issues/1252 The rhombus is used when the character code for a letter wasn't found in the font file. Thus when renaming the font files doesn't solve the issue, there are no glyphs in the font file for the used character codes.

When we don't want sourceforge reports any longer, we can make it read only. But we don't want to force sourceforge only users to register on github for reporting.

There were a couple of improvements in 10/2018 with undo/redo system. This issue was solved too. Can't pick the exact commit yet, but using the latest master, this is solved for sure.
Undo should be transactional
There were a couple of improvments in 10/2018 with undo/redo system. This issue was solved too. Can't pick the exact commit yet, but using the latest master, this is solved for sure.
With some more information maybe someone can help you. Does this alway happen with the same drawing? Does it happen with other drawings? Can you share the drawing and describe exact steps to reproduce the issue?
Drawing Circle+Radius misbehaves with mouse
The forum was already the right place for this question, answered correct after less than 1/2 hour by our great community. http://forum.librecad.org/Circle-Radius-command-often-auto-sizes-the-radius-to-1-unit-td5716559.html
For Windows, the nightly build should run automatically tonight. It should create 2.2.0-rc1-40-gaa4832c5. For other OS we sadly don't have nightly builds, you have to build master branch from source. If you have Windows 2.0.x or 2.1.x, I must backport the fix.

Not opening dxf's containing polylines correctly
fixed with commit aa4832c Not an exeption from straight line, but a wrong start value in iteration loop. Thanks for your detailed reports.
The 4 concerned entities are splines, not polylines. As the entities are straight lines, I assume an exception in the equation solver, which returns 0,0 for the start point (cyan point). But the following spline segments are computed correct. This leads to the described effect. Beside the fact that there seems to be an issue with straight splines in LibreCAD, what's the reason to use splines for straight lines?
Dimensions don't match line length
This is a matter of correct use of snap options. Look at our wiki about the meaning of snap options: http://wiki.librecad.org/index.php/Snapping In our forum you find lots of posts and solutions for this: http://forum.librecad.org/template/NamlServlet.jtp?macro=search_page&node=4499512&query=dimension+snap&n=4499512

Dimension, angular, dimensions lines too long
fixed on master branch with commit 58deefa3
Is your issue similar to this from ando140? Any non solid construction lines involved? Maybe you can specify more details or post the file which cause the freeze?
Thanks for these detailed information. Indeed, we are aware of the non solid condtruction line issue. It concerns to horizontal or vertical lines only or both, can't recall at the moment. We have a pull request for this issue on github, but sadly it dosn't solve it, it's still work in progress.

Failed to build git/master - doesnt find QStandardPaths
That's correct Jean-Luc. As we already track this GCC 6 issue on GitHub (issue #880) I'll close this ticket. I have just now finished to setup an Arch Linux VM to track that issue down, as this affects our daily build ppa on Launchpad too. Many thanks for your efforts. Armin
It seems, that you have both installed, Qt5 and Qt4. And Qt4 is your current used version. See the include path parameters in the error message: -I/usr/share/qt4/mkspecs/linux-g++-64 -I/usr/include/qt4/QtCore -I/usr/include/qt4/QtGui Qt5 is required for master branch. Do you have qtchooser installed? With qtchooser you can easily switch between Qt versions.
