I asked the creator of Ikemen Go, a 2D fighter maker program (MUGEN), if he could implement xbrz. He said that he couldn't because of licensing. Is there anyway that this could be rectified?: https://github.com/K4thos/Ikemen_GO/issues/68
Currently, if you increase a game's resolution in an emulator, it doesnt appear than xbrz will look the same. Can you make it scalable so that the picture wont look pixelation at higher internal resolutions?
