I understand one thing. NAPS2 is only importing PDF files created by it, not other pdf's. This used to happen normally, but it's been 3 months now that I can't import pdf files created by other programs.

And another detail! I've already updated, uninstalled, cleaned the registry, reinstalled, but the error persists.
