When I try to import any pdf, I get an error message: [The file "file.pdf" cannot be imported]. Where the import interruption occurs. This is occurring on ANY pdf file that is imported.
Here is the error log file.
And another detail! I've already updated, uninstalled, cleaned the registry, reinstalled, but the error persists.
I understand one thing.
NAPS2 is only importing PDF files created by it, not other pdf's.
This used to happen normally, but it's been 3 months now that I can't import pdf files created by other programs.
Consult the error log file. There is an error when Ghostscript tries to read files in the folder 'C:\Users\DR SANTA IN?S\AppData\Local\Temp\". Perhaps the "?" character is a misinterpretation of another special character or an antivirus
preventing access (or writing) to this file.
