I'm using 2944, the feature request should be implemented since 2759.

One-Click encoder only uses DTS Core to convert to AC3

Is there any option to change for this to be working? One-Click encoder still extracts the core from my DTSHD/MA tracks in order to convert these to AC3. Or was this change deliberately for FLAC/AAC? I can convert DTSHD/MA without problems to AC3 manually though.

Additional Audio and Subtilte Track registers are not showing/working in One-Click encoder and Muxer.
