Additional Audio and Subtilte Track registers are not showing/working in One-Click encoder and Muxer.

They may be there (e.g. poulated by a profile), but only the first register is visible and can be edited.
Clicking "+" or "-" throws an error Exception message: Der Objektverweis wurde nicht auf eine Objektinstanz festgelegt.
