Thank you for mentioning workaround with "Run As Admin". Is it possible to run KeePass with admin privileges by default?
Before I performed a clean Windows install (because of other problems), I had experienced this behavior in both situations. But now I have this behavior only during auto-type. Moreover, I found the root cause of this problem. I have a hotkey to perform auto-type: "Shift+Alt+Z." And I am also a notebook user, so I set up four-finger taps in "Windows Settings > Touchpad > Advanced gestures " to emulate this key sequence. It's weird enough, but I can reproduce this behavior only when using the touchpad....
Thanks for your idea to isolate auto-type behavior. I have never used KeePass without your plugin , so it was hard to remember how to check this behavior without =). I checked the auto-type sequence by using "Perform auto-type" directly from the DB, and everything was OK. The real cause of the problem is related to the Windows setting "Touchpad > Advanced gestures ." I have a custom shortcut, "Shift + Alt + Z," for a four-finger tap. And I can reproduce this behavior only when using the touchpad,...

Sorry for the long response. I will try to test what you suggested I know that KeePass warns about Caps Lock , but I have never seen this warning within the time of the bug I always use the QWERTY layout and only have a second language enabled, aslo never use secure desktop Of course , I have some plugins installed, but they were updated before the bug appeared The list of plug-ins: - GlobalSearch - KeePassOTP - KPEnhancedEntryView - KPEntryTemplates| - LockAssist - WebAutoType
Fantom shift button sticking only in KeePass
For convenience, all other windows are closed. This problem actual only if i try to auto-type in remote console. For example i can do auto-type directly in mRemoteNG.
