Is not clear the mechanism you are using for import. If you are using CSV import from GUI, then there is no possibility to make additional checks. You can do it with Data Syncronization, but you need to develop your data collector - https://www.itophub.io/wiki/page?id=extensions%3Aitop-data-collector-base

Files you are mentioning as required are part of extension in your reference : itop-data-collector-base. Please download and try it, but before read carefully help. Aslo you can look on other extensions made based on itop-data-collector-base, like is https://www.itophub.io/wiki/page?id=extensions%3Aitomig%3Acheck_mk-collector; or https://www.itophub.io/wiki/page?id=extensions%3Avsphere-data-collector.

better to create a new Synchronization Data Sources via GUI, with all syncronization attributes, and using tool "php dump_tasks.php --task_name="sccmSoftware" > sccmSoftwareCollector.json" will generate right json.

remove extension TeemIP from iTop
