I've used two instances (separate folders) of Eudora since the mid 90's without a break. I'm in Win11 and I've patched 7 with Hermes. I have one POP and one IMAP account set up with my mail host (not gmail.) I've edited the INIs many times, but for many years I have not changed or tweaked a thing. (I also have a couple of strange behaviors to point out/address; which may be moot on upgrade.) Is anyone working on anything? Is this entirely stalled? I'm not a coder, so cannot help. I've been using Eudora (two installs, in separate folders, all config data in the local ini.) since at least 2000.

I did that... "I installed Hermessetup.exe to a discreet folder. It's also at TLSv1. Why? I would have expected this to be at a higher version." And I'm not sure why or how, but after trying this and that (maybe it needed a reboot), it is up to TSL v 1.2.

My hosted domain/email account upgraded CPanel and TLSv1 is no longer supported. Certs are all OK. (I've had to fix those many times. They are fine now. I've been using Eudora since 1999 at least.) I have tried the following to upgrade, but I'm stuck at TLSv1. Environments: I have two machines (Win 8.1 and 10). .NET is the latest. I have Eud 7.1.0.9 installed discreetly in two folders on Win 8.1 {all config info is in the local .ini}. (1) POPs fine to another domain. (2) is configured to POP one...
