    Hello, I am the network admin at a school district. I have tried installed the MSI for ISBE_ISA_2021_v3_1_0.msi. The install worked but when I try to launch the program I get an error saying "failed to start a new session". I have attached the error logs. I have ruled out firewall filtering and antivirus. I would've ruled out the VC++ redistributable but I do not know where to go to find this nor what version SEB needs.
