    For anyone having this problem, I had it with a recent Windows Update that broke everything. I fixed it by uninstalling APO, Peace, and cleaning up the registry while I was at it (I used BCU but you use whatever you're confortable with). And I reinstalled everything from scratch. Fixed the issue when re-enabling APO, despite a post-mix error at first that got fixed by itself when it re-tried the install
