Hi, As the message says, SEB isn't yet configured i.e. it is started with its default configuration. Your students need to use your configuration in order to start SEB as you intend. What are the default configurations? we just gave our students instructions on how to install the application on their own pc or laptop in order to make use of exam.net for the exams -Here we'd need the logfiles (see %LocalAppData%\SafeExamBrowser\Logs) or at least a screenshot or video of the issue. Hi, I would like some help or fixes on the following errors with SEB: -Some of them have an error of configuration file as : You have installed SEB , but it isn't installed yet. -Sometimes SEB suddenly get stuck and then students can't continue with the exam. -Some need to fix something in the configuration file. Do you have possible fixes for these issues?
