Hello, Thank you for your response. Our users are primarily blind and visually impaired individuals. Asking them to manually switch mirrors using the "Problems downloading?" option can be challenging, as many users are not aware of this feature or may have difficulty locating and using it depending on their browser and screen reader setup. The reports we have received are from users in different locations, and the issue appears to be affecting the default mirror selection rather than a specific user...
