Hi. I'm the IT consultant for a private university college and one of our students has a problem with safe exam browser on her PC. She's running Windows 10 Home edition, and the problem is that Safe Exam Browser does not start at all on her computer. We've tried running Safe Exam Browser by opening a link to an exam through our digital exam portal, but after the browser asks if we want to open the link in Safe Exam Browser, nothing happens. Tried opening the links through Chrome, Firefox, Edge, IE....
